Ethics Video game Dilemma

Following the completion of the Values game II case, it has been determined that you have two ethical issues provided for management to review, and make the most ethical decision that will not harm the organization. The initially dilemma handles the possibility of harassment in the office. There is also a chance that the employee named Bill is harassing a worker named Gayle in the office. Gayle is starting to feel not comfortable and is uncertain of the best way to handle the problem, so the girl requests a confidential meeting to discuss the issue. The second Issue was concerning a younger researcher with the G-BioSport's southern division publishing false results on his total annual report. The goal from this Dilemma is equivalent to the initially Dilemma: Boost sensibility, increase efficiency in decision-making, and increase capability to effectively communicate the alternative needed. The lenses used in the first scenario were the Rights and Responsibilities lens and the Outcomes lens. The decision-making actions used in this situation were: The first step : Be Attentive-This issue targets how to answer Gayle's ask for confidentiality within our meeting. Step two: Be Intelligent- The stakeholders that were determined in this issue were the shareholders, the VP of Human Relations, Gayle's manager (me), Gayle, Bill, and Bill's supervisor. Step 3a: Be Reasonable- (Rights and Responsibility Lens). The option that best satisfies the requirements of this lens is usually to tell Gayle that I will keep a personal matter confidential, yet that I may have to report a work-related difficulty. I should inspire Gayle to examine the company guide before the getting together with. Step 3b: Be sensible (Results Lens). The option that best meets the requirements with this lens is always to tell Gayle that I is able to keep a personal subject confidential, nevertheless that I might have to report a work-related problem.
